Spark Plugs are super easy with the manifolds off, Are those 1K Plugs?, Safety Wire or safety tab or loctite your Banjo Bolts. Hope you got all the bead out of your manifolds and valve covers, I see lots of new gaskets and rubber and other consumables in your future. Replace all the hoses, fuel lines with ethanol resistant ones, Carbon Filter with new activated charcoal and all lines. There is a little gasket under the Oil Filler Section you should replace also. Mine showed a leak during a smoke test. Another $10 on the gasket bill.

While you were taking the vacuum lines off the fuel regulators I believe those lines were incorrectly installed. The vacuum line comes from the throttle body to the opposite bank fuel regulator, which would be the correct bank to TB connection. Therefore, the vacuum lines should be crossed, otherwise the fuel pressure regulator is getting getting vacuum from the wrong TB.

What product did you use to clean the inside of the valve covers? It did a nice job.

Good job. I have done much the same work on my 850i except for the cooling system and alternator as there are no parts available in my country for those.
