*1. Remember you’re doing this for YOU 🚀*
It’s NOT about the grades. It’s NOT about proving yourself to your parents or your friends. This is what you do. You show up. You study hard. You get results.
*2. Schedule your deep focus session for tomorrow 🗓️*
For tomorrow, schedule a non-negotiable 2-4 deep focus study session at the time you have the most energy (your biological prime time).
*3. Prepare your study material for tomorrow ✏️*
Today you’re not feeling it - and that’s okay. It happens. But let’s reduce the friction to study for tomorrow. Tidy your desk, and prepare all your study material for tomorrow.
*4. Set a countdown timer ⏱️*
Set a countdown timer for between 1-10 minutes. Now - procrastinate! Do whatever you want to do, but there’s one condition. When the timer hits zero, it’s study time!
