Today on Workshop Quick Takes (wqt): Wonky HVAC controls -- can they be saved? It may be tempting to chuck a misbehaving control cluster and go shopping for another, but on older vehicles, HVAC controls tend to be analog and may just need a good cleaning.
Join us in our 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ as we demonstrate how to remove the stock HVAC control cluster, thouroughly inspect and clean the unit, and restore it to like-new operation with a very low materials cost.
