Next to the upcoming Damansara Damai MRT station, also sandwiched between several highways, such as NKVE, LDP, MRR2, and DUKE, this project seems to be leveraging on a mature address and infrastructure.
From a town planning perspective, this part of development were inserted with the compliance elements such as community housing and the power grid system. But as time goes by, this address evolved to be in the centre of all the action and Sphere Damansara is at the fringe of it.
In the building, my favourite spot would be the swimming pool area. It's so rare to have such an experiential space, even in projects above this budget. Also, I like how the developer strategically emphasis elements that are important. That extra door as a security feature at the corridor, the layout that can accommodate a private section for bedrooms and the dressed up lobby when you enter the building via the car park.
I just appreciate the effort in differentiating the project from the surrounding using architectural treatments like landscape and floor heights and these attracted several tenants to setup their business which complements the lifestyle of the residents.
However, the concerns of the office hours traffic is still inevitable in this area.
