So, The Infinity Gauntlet makes the vessel for the final Infinity stone The Soul Stone and thus it now completes my collection of all the Infinity Stones. And if you’ve been following my prop making videos, you’ll know it only took me about 18 months;)
And being a die hard Marvel movie and comic book fan, this will definitely not be my last Marvel prop building video. But for now, maybe it’s time to make some other stuff too. What to pick next? There are so many cool movie and game props I want to make.
Feel free to leave your comments.
You can follow my prop making on Instagram: / propsnstuff
And sometimes on Facebook: justpropsnstuff
The 3D files I used, I bought from a site called @Gambody - Premium 3D Printing Marketplace
It’s a site that sells lots of really cool 3D projects of great quality:
www.gambody.com/3d-models/inf...
The Display base I made however is free😉 and I have put it up on Myminifactory & Thingiverse. Depending on the platform of your liking. You can easily swap out the name tag or make other choices to suit your needs.
Display Base on MyMiniFactory:
www.myminifactory.com/object/...
Display Base on Thingiverse:
www.thingiverse.com/thing:439...
And just in case you where wondering, here is a list of some of the basic paints & materials I used for this build:
Alclad chrome, brass, copper, dark aluminum
Auto Air colour - Black. Then a mix red, blue & yellow (The backup plan:)Alclad aqua gloss varnish
Aug 28 El- wire
10mm LED diode`s
Anycubic Clear Resin
Resin tinting pigment
Some EVA foam
PLA filament
Tamiya putty
Music and editing with Adobe Premiere Elements.
Additional music from the KZfaq library:
Rainy Dream
Unstoppable
Parzival
I will follow you
Sunrise Drive
Light years away
Remember. I myself am only an amateur at this.
So if you rely on the information shown or voiced in this video, you do so at your own risk. Read the labels of all glues, paints and other materials you use, and always follow the proper instructions. And naturally, all the opinions voiced or shown in this video are only my own opinions.

Really like this vid series. So much so I decided to pick up this model too and give it a try. Question for you tho, did you just use the print settings that Gambody suggested or did you change them in anyway? Just wondering cuz when I sliced the gauntlet body model in Cura it gave me a print time estimate of 3 day 22 hours. I wanted to scale it up to 150% to maximize the print size for my Mega X but the print time jumped to 9 days 20 hours lol.
@schroeppel74
@schroeppel74 3 жыл бұрын
Absolutely amazing! Well done... At which percentage did you do the print. My limit (without splitting it more) is 150%, so the lower piece will be 285mm. The Printer will be running for over a week to finish all the parts, including your much better base from thingiverse ;)

It would be amazing for a video on what products you use. I am just starting to do this myself but on a smaller scale first. And the base model I have doenst sit flush to each piece when piecing it together. There are gaps when placing it together on some parts. I considered 2 part resin once its all done being primered and painted but I know Ive seen not just on your videos but others as well on that air drying clay. Any suggestions would be welcomed. After watching alot of your videos I'm wanting to get started, lol.
@PropsNstuff
@PropsNstuff 2 жыл бұрын
Hello there Buddy😁 Thank you for saying that, I appreciate it a lot😁 As for what brands and products etc....its coming up in my studio tour next video or so😉 I would stick to UV resin or air drying clay for that. A two part resin, or epoxy solution's might become a much harder surface material then your resin, or pla print. So when sanding, it would leave small curved craveses all around the applied parts. So stick to something that has roughly the same hardness as the rest of you're prop. I think I covered some of this in my older video on the Hawkmoon prop? Check it out, hope it helps some. Have a good one, cheers

Hi, really amazing work. I am working on my own resin printed gauntlet myself. I noticed that I can't really purchase the Alclad II ammo mig series very easily (I am in the US). Everywhere I find to buy it online, it is coming from Europe somewhere with higher cost shipping. Do you know of any comparable paint options I could look for? Thanks!!!
@PropsNstuff
@PropsNstuff 3 жыл бұрын
Hello there Mr. Joseph😁 I know what you mean for sure😳 I took me months to find something for a reasonable price. I my case I was fortunate to get it from a store locally. So the only time I'v bought it online was the first time actually, on Ebay from the US. And it was not cheap, sorry. So I don't really know what to recommend🧐 But keep looking, its a great medium.
