Just wanted to say thank you to everybody for your kind words and comments at first I didn't think that I wanted to read them but once I started to read them it really helped me with some of the issues that I am having conflict within myself about right now. I really want to detox and get clean but with business so I'm unable to do that right now but I'm trying to save up to be able to take a couple weeks off get myself in the right frame of mind, because I do believes that that this is just the beginning of something very good for me. Once again everybody thank you for your amazing kind words.

We are raising our grandchild. She is 10 1/2 years old and she is the 4th child we raised. Children are so innocent at this age. She thinks about her stuffed animals, camping, cheer, drawing and school. I cannot envision her living the life Angie did at such a tender age. It reminds me how we should value a child's innocence and protect them at all cost. I am sorry you were let down Angie. My heart breaks for you.

Ages 0 through around 10 are referred to as the “Golden Years “. At this time in a child’s life, they are full of love and innocence. Unfortunately, this is the age in which they easy to abuse. Parents don’t realize how sensitive children are at this age. This is the age to shower them with love, kindness, and protection.

There is something about this woman that I am drawn to. She is well-spoken, intelligent and has a good moral compass. It looks like, from the outside looking in as a stranger, that the drugs have caused a lot of the disruption in her life because she has no other coping mechanisms. I think she will be an awesome mother and friend when she gets sober. And when she does get straight, she can use her emotional intelligence, and her past experiences to help guide similar people struggling. I think she’s got a lot to contribute to this society. We need honest, REAL women like her, with REAL world problems and pasts, to guide our communities forward. I TRULY hope and pray she gets help and finds the strength to get her life back. If god knows everything that means he is consciously and deliberately choosing to ignore a lot of disgusting things such as kids being changed up in a sex dungeon, brutally raped and fucking killed, all for some sick fucks who paid to watch that. I guess god does not really care about child abuse. I cannot think of any way to justify this.

I have a daughter who is the absolute light of my life. She is 14. When this woman said so casually how her father didn't like her, my heart sank. A little girl needs her dad. Dad is supposed to love and fiercely protect his little girl. This lady breaks my heart

My daughter has lived with me as a single Dad since she was 3, her mom just had way too many issues and couldnt be in our lives. I was in my late 40s and didnt want more kids, but her mom was 20 and wanted a kid so stopped taking the pill and boom. I was raised Christian and anti-abortion and my ex wife knew that. My background: I am ex military & an ex 1% biker, so it was a big change in my life. My daughter is 7 now and is super loved and has chosen to stop speaking with her mom. She is a great girl and knows her Dad loves her more than anything in the world, she is also very aware and switched on to the darkside of life, although I always keep her very much protected from it. I would not allow her to be hurt by anyone! I teach her good Christian values and to be proud of herself.

Angie broke my heart when she spoke of her children, she's so broken hearted about it, just like I am, and any mother who is without her children. It's a hole in your existence that absolutely nothing will fill. People think so low of women who aren't raising thier children. Whatever reason there is for that, a Mother's heart for her children will always hurt if they aren't by her side. Sending you love Angie, I hope your kids reach out to you soon, that's my prayer for you💜 and when they do reach out, that it gives you hope and a willingness to go a different and more prosperous and blessed direction in life💜

Angie, thank you for telling us your story! You are so intelligent, articulate and beautiful...it breaks my heart that you were dealt such a hard hand in life. You didn't deserve any of it. I don't know how you managed to raise children at the tender age of 12, all I knew then was that I was just a kid, and there's no way in hell that I could have handled a responsibility like that! Hopefully your kids will learn the truth, give them time because kids that age think they know it all. I think you're amazing and you STILL can have a different life if you really want it. Personally I think the world is better with you in it, so you gotta put down the drugs. I don't say that lightly as I am a recovering addict with 14 years clean, I promise that it CAN be done, and believe me, I LOVE my normal sober life! I feel similar to how you do about both things: Even though I often feel judged and wish I didn’t, I also often catch myself judging whoever for almost no reason at all. And even though I am very much not the most having-my-shit-together person out there, I still gossip about others and their shit more than I should. Amen to trying to do both of these things less. Angie, you mentioned part of why you stay working the streets is because a regular life is "boring," and what are you supposed to do with that? But really, Angie, is standing in the street waiting and waiting for some guy to choose you any less boring? Also, much of life is boring - there are household chores to be done, e-mails to be answered, bills to be attended to, conversations with loved ones that can bore you to tears but out of love fort hat person you endure, on and on. But after a life of chaos and strife, I have a feeling once you got used to it, a "boring" life might suit you quite well. Try it out, Angie, because in 15 short years, you'll be 60, out there turning tricks, like you said your mom is now. I don't want to sound harsh, but you still have a chance at being fully capable of going to a boring job every day and coming home to a boring evening of TV and house chores - but you''ll be safe, and happy.
