@Hillard Liggins studies show women retain their wealth and health by staying single. It's the opposite for men. And as a man, you should be embarrassed to expect a woman to bring something a man should bring to the table. By far, you are not a catch!
@kristenmoonrise
@kristenmoonrise 4 жыл бұрын
@Hillard Liggins we are, dumbass. I have two master's degrees, with no help from a man...the issue you don't understand is needing versus wanting. You're right, we don't need you. And the kind like you no woman wants. You sound unhappy with yourself!
@kristenmoonrise
@kristenmoonrise 4 жыл бұрын
@Hillard Liggins both genders need things from the other. That's why they both exist. Welcome to earth. Your issue is thinking the needs are the same. You don't know what a man is and you don't know what a woman is.

As a single mom myself I cannot understand why these mothers raise their son’s to be whimpy men that their girlfriend is supposed to take care of. My son is 11 and I drill in his head about being getting a good paying job, taking care of his family and being a provider. Making good money. I also surround him with male family and roles models that are that way. For me as a single mom it is an opportunity to actually raise a good man not bring another man child into the world.

Mental Alchemist I’m sorry but if the woman is to view you as the head and respect you as the MAN of the house (meaning the main protector and provider), and be willing to submit to you, then as the man your job is to play that role and take care of the financial aspect of the relationship. What would make a woman feel inclined to submit if she’s carrying 50% of the financial burden IN ADDITION to her duties as a wife and mother? It doesn’t work like that which is why relationships are failing. You can’t have it both ways.

Serena Williams said in a interview "black men needs and wants to feel like they are the woman in the relationship" I think the reason for this is: Black women after slaveru had to work as nanny for white folks leaving their kids alone at home thus lots of black men have an avoidante emotional attachment style where as adults they punish women by ghosting/ignoring becoming emotionally cold (unconsciously punishing his mother) because they did not had the emotional nurturing every child needs to form healthier secure emotional attachments as adults.

The saddest part is too many females fall for this bs specially in their younger years. At 32 single mother with a child i decided to shift my focus into a prosperous direction. Remember money matters, money buys comfort and piece of mind. It’s time we women of colour see ourselves in much higher regards, it’s time to break the cycle.

But then....I hear, I don't want to always pay for our dates, it's unfair. But I thought in a traditional relationship, the guy picks up the bills? You established that you want a traditional relationship from the beginning and now, you feel like you're spending too much money for our $5 Tuesday nights, and our Dennys and Chili's Saturday afternoons, and you want me to start picking up the tab sometimes. So what is it. Do you want this to be a a 50/50 relationship, which is cool, or do you want us to be Ricky and Lucy? Which is it? Like, this stuff genuinely got me confused.

Anyway she was talking about how a (female) friend of theirs was so disgusting and selfish for also just buying a new house with her husband after ALSO just having a baby but NOT contributing financially (like she was) to the home and not helping out the husband, smh. I was so disgusted at how she was even comfortable saying that. I just KNEW that wasn’t what I wanted to get myself into. Moms and sisters who are masculine pick mes’ will be the downfall of the brothers and sons sometimes!

This is one of the few women that I hear telling us how it is for both men and women who don't have themselves together. If both men and women can accept some of the hard truths that we are hearing, we can have a better society. Masculine energy for men and feminine energy for women.

Nadahh A. Sis, I believe that’s a separate issue. If the man is abusive, the woman’s safety and removing herself from that situation should be the priority. The fact that he is providing is neither here nor there when abuse is present.

Insecure men do this. Truly masculine men comfortable in their position don’t use money to bait and control their female counterpart. This also happens to women who don’t bring anything to the relationship so resentment occurs.
@enmodelife
@enmodelife 5 жыл бұрын
I'd say, "NEEEEXT!" because there are plenty of men who TRULY have the means to provide and accept their role with pride, instead of contempt, control, and insecurity. The men who act like that truly don't have it to give. So, they are resenting and punishing you ("making you pay") to make up for them giving something they really don't have. Also, certain women are honestly responsible for how men treat them in these situations (not saying that's you in any way). They give off an air of being "too grateful", indebted, and doormat-ty. l have a way of letting men know up front that I will not let them mistreat me very easily, I will stand up for myself and leave if I sense ANY f**ckery of any kind, because I can easily be taken care of by someone nicer without mental problems...and I'll pull out the proof of it as a last resort.

We were very young, but the first BM I had a real relationship with said that stay at home mothers were gold diggers! Lol. I did love him…but when we broke up, I moved to an apartment….he moved home to his mother’s house. Lol…he have a good heart, but he was a boy. No understanding of what I learned from my mother and father. My dad was a provider…bought my mother the home she wanted, cars, boat, we vacationed several times a year….cabins at Christmas, etc. They set the bar very high for me, and now I am married to a provider who is the best lover I’ve ever had, my best friend, my teacher, and my hope for humanity. If half the world was as good a man as he is, this world would be a much better place. I wish I could stress enough to women how important it is to marry a provider. But he is also not American, he is British. My mother is not American, she is Jamaican. We have different expectations and standards than Americans, especially the men, who are supposed to be the leaders of a family unit. But they continue to argue that marriage is a scan…50/50 this and that…and it makes me sad to see my girlfriends struggling with these dusties. These women need to get passports and never look back! I speak the truth, here!

I've been there. Tried holding a 50 year old man down. He was a so called manager in training at McDonald's when I met him. I don't know if he was fired or quit. Every job every after that, he quit. He would come up with the lamest excuses. "You won't braid my hair". 1st of all...a 50 year old man should not b trying to still wear braids.. ESPECIALLY when he's starting to go bald at the top of his head. I told him, I shouldn't have to worry about his hair. He should've been making sure MINE stayed done!. I put up with it for a while, but I got away from that bum!

I have 3 sons, 18, 10 and 8. My 18 year old has been working since he was 12 in my husband's lawn care business, volunteered at the community library, and found his own job at 17 working in a grocery store, his school also has a work study program where he learned how to work in a bank office and do technical support at a hospital. My oldest also has a 1st degree black belt in martial arts and is on his way to college on an almost full academic scholarship and wants to major in computer engineering. And my youngest sons stay on honor roll and have their blue belts in martial arts and help their dad in the summer time with his lawn care business. All children must be cultivated by being kept busy learning productive skills and boys need to be around men to show them how to be masculine.Men need to be strong defenders, they need to know the pride and joy of having your own money and budgeting it for yourself and your family. They need wisdom,respect for all women, good manners, self love and a God centered morality. The parents now are going to need to raise the future generation and teach the current generation how to be men for our righteous daughters, feminine righteous women, and our nations suvival.

That part Chloe said about bum men being found rotting in the basement alone is true. My former coworker whose deadbeat son's father passed away from Covid in 2021 in his apartment alone. No one knew until maintenance came 1 week later and his son found him. That man had put her through hell in her younger years. She is now married to a Provider husband though for 20 years. But this just proves true that the bum men that have the 50/50 mindset or reject their responsibility of providing & protecting for their offsprings really do end up having bad luck!!

My natural father was a misogynistic dusty and I had zero respect for him. My mother left him so he found the next lady to be a workhorse. I was engaged to a dusty man myself and left him because his mother saw him as her surrogate boyfriend. I was so good to her but all she tried to do was to compete for his attention. After I left him, she introduced him to a new woman and apparently quite a downgrade. Those dusties do that once we realize they’re getting over on us and we’re smart enough to leave.
