In my opinion they had too good a debut combined with a 'business model' that was designed for the sort of novelty that doesn't last long at all. There are a few bands - and I mean barely any - that I listened to a lot of one cd and nothing else, but I'm going to catch up lol

To be fair, when this song and video came out, ICQ WAS a smash. AIM didn't exist yet, it was only for AOL subscribers. And the ICQ sounds isn't just in the chorus. Right at the beginning "Incoming Contact", and "User is Online" are both ICQ noises (someone attempting to add you as friend, and a friend for whom you've activated online notifications just signed on)
