Thank you. Best to make sure you warm up during the ride. You will always make up lost time when warmed up properly. Normally takes me 20 minutes to warm up but I always get caught up in the heat of the moment and go full gas to keep up with others. 20 miles in and I already started to fatigue....rest of the ride was just trying to hang on. Also make sure you know the gels that is being distributed at the water / gel hubs. I never used clif gel before so on the day they felt way too thick like snot on the palette and made me nauseous. I had 2 Clif bars on the ride and ate the first at Newlands corner hub and the second after Leith hill. I also used 3 gels which makes me under carbed for the ride as my output dropped severely after Leith hill. Ideally, you need 60g of carbs every hour...leason learned.

Hello Nick Camera is gopro 3 black with 3.0 firmware to accept 128 gig card. Battery is a 2600mah 3s lipo taped to frame. gopro Battery eliminatior sourced from ebay. 128gig is enough for 7 hrs + ..battery enough for 12 hrs. Added to this is a battery low voltage alarm which is a must. Weight is 200grams more but outweighs times lost stopping to change battery.

Software is Garmin Virb edit. Takes forever to render though. Hope this helps...regards

Hello The garmin mount has a rubber insert between the mount and the handlebar. I believe the noise to be from my gopro battery eliminator cable oscillating on the top tube. Take care

Hello, I am using a stock standard TCR with Conti 4000 s II tyres. Power meter is Stages although it's pointless as I am normally trying to keep up with the next guy rather than regulating power output. From all the bikes that I have had I find the TCR stiffer and better on the hills even though I am old, overweight and suffer with lower back pain. My gears are 53/39 in front and 12/32 cassette which I "borrow" from my mountain bike...hope this helps

Hello Jon, I use a go pro battery eliminator coupled with a 1500mah 11.1 v lipo battery and a 128 gig micro sd card. Battery outlasts the 7 hours recording time at 1080p.
