It’s odd that the one part of this update most people are focusing on is the muting of the beep when the console turns on, especially when the co-pilot mode was there and far more interesting. Acknowledging, the accessibility benefits, what I like about co-pilot mode is the possibility of turning any game into a coop game, I tried resident evil with one person on camera, and me on movement, and it was a right laugh, he wanted to fight the monsters and I wanted to leg it away.

I use co-pilot weekly with my younger kids. Im still trying to figure out how to set it up on PS5, unfortunately. Co-pilot is was so easy to set up & go.

They made this feature but it doesn't even work properly lol. If I press the PS Button on my 2nd controller, it just has the option to switch controller, not assign it as an assistance controller.

I believe the ps5 copilot is targeted for a smaller child who wants to play with u bt doesn't understand how to play thats how i would use it if i had the ability to

Kind of sad really, wish they cared about accessibility this much when it comes to VR games. They need to quit deleting buttons, re-arranging buttons. And Learn to cut a PS5 controller in half.
