well Spitz did tell the community to leave negative reviews on steam since "Sony doesn't read our discord" . Which played a good part in causing the reversal. It probably would have been done without Spitz, but because of their choice they were fired. Spitz mirrors dogma pretty well in my opinion. Both more loyal than the others initially to only slowly become disillusioned and learned after making mistakes. They both made big decisions against the good of their respective community that they thought were right. They took a stand towards the end that might not have changed anything, but was the right decision for their brothers or the community. Both were also taken out of the main story after the choice. (Spitz being fired and Dogma's arrest). Would Dogma have been a good person to keep around after the episode? Did his choice to execute Krell fully redeem his betrayal and other previous actions? Or is this a fitting end for the character's story? It's an interesting dilemma.

@@Ace11Sky In the end spitz did the right thing, but what is not mentioned in your comment is that he told the community to just accept it and make a psn account already. In the end the review bombing would have still happened without him, like you wrote. As for myself, i think he, along with baskinator, should have been let go much earlier than that. Some think this makes him a martyr, but it doesn't make him in my book. He always tended to display this needlessly snarky attitude, that i think just isn't an attitude a cm should have. Honestly, Arrowhead's own CEO does a better job at community management than Spitz and other community managers.

​@@SpectralArchivist Spitz telling the community to drop that 500kg review bomb was like Dogma excecuting Krell, and Dogma getting arrested like Spitz being laid off. And it makes sense. Loyal to the higher authority, until slowly being disillusioned with it, and turning on that higher authority, and getting sacked for it.

Sony just wanted money and that was a dirty thing they did. We do not want our information anywhere, and yet companies like this still stand, saying what they are doing is not wrong. You Helldivers have real balls, stopping the advance of a monster without the aid of what the USA and NATO want to give you. You guys fought without tanks and artillery, and you still held ground. No one should tell you what to do.

They have more detailed videos if you type in “Helldivers 2 PSN”, but here’s the simple version. Sony sold the game on steam and they just recently enforced players to make a PSN account or lose access to the game. Problem is, PSN is region locked, only 69 countries in the world have access to it. So Sony willingly sold the game to people who they knew would later need a PSN account and they could not create one. And because they enforced this 3-months later, it goes past Steam refunds window, basically stealing $40+ dollars away from the players.

​@Thejuicemerchant Furthermore, despite being past steam's refund date, and most people having hundreds of hours, steam is still allowing refunds. I suspect this played a large role in the decision.

It doesn't. I tried getting PSN on release and then again two weeks ago. The service technically exists here, that's true, but the servers themselves time out for me and refuse registration request.

@@thisworldisinsane5679 Half a year ago, I calmly registered for the Fortnite skin and made an attachment to the mail, and my brother recently registered to continue playing in Hell... so I'm really sorry that some users have problems, but it's not a problem for the whole country.
