It is more like the eurovision song contest rather than football ,FOREST 4 points, EVERTON 8 points ,LEICESTER 12 points , MAN CITY NIL points ,Chelsea nil points , its made football a farce.

I would ask the question are we the only club in the top flight that has overspent while building a new stadium or massively extending an existing ground? The new Tottenham ground is the elephant in the room for me. How did they build a £1 billion stadium and live within the rules?

The Premier League via Richard Master's have already stated, when asked for the minutes of the meetings as to how the process worked to ascertain the decision to sum up EFC first charge of suggested twelve point deduction, They or he replied, "we don't have to show you anything, we are a private company" basically that is surely their attitude, period. How can there be any expectation or recourse to issue's with their rulings or stances towards, "small clubs".

Forest were NOT in breach of rules in the football league. So not sure why you're saying they were at the 13:37 mark. I refer you to 12.97 in the Independent Commissions report: "It notes that Forest was compliant in the EFL, but then invested heavily once in the Premier League and breached the PSR."

Great video this make it more understandable leagally and the club accunting practices along with they moderated. Its absolutely farce how these cases have played out.

The thing that is not spelt out in clear terms for Forest: -Had a squad value of £12m and 12 first team players when promoted -The next closest squad value was Bournemouth with £130m. -They had 70 days to bridge a £118m gap with £61m in allowable losses. The fact that they only breached for 2 months is astounding! They also have players who have risen in value for future sales (Danilo, Murillo, MGW, Elanga, CHO) having already sold Mangala for £25m (purchased for £10m).

13.30 Nottingham forest were not in breach in the EFL years (£13 mill lose per year allowance). Yes they made 40 mill loss in the promotion season. But this included promotion bonuses at 21 mill. If they lost the playoff final they wouldn't have not had to pay the bonuses at 21mill and would of just loss 19 mill which was 6 more than allowed but they had headroom as previous year they only lost 3.5 mill.

We should change the narrative here..let's forget about the fa's rules for a minute, more on that later.. Does the fa get points deducted, or executive 's get sacked if they don't make a profit or meet there financial goals ( budget) for the year.. it's on the clubs, how they run there business. Whether they make money or not, u can't punish them if they fail to do so.. it's bad business and management, let them sort it out themselves.. it's just life, happens everywhere in the real world doesn't it. Companies, corporations football clubs, some make money some don't.. Regarding the premier league, how can u have the same rules across the board, for an uneven competition.. smaller clubs, with less sponsorship 's , less capacity stadiums can't be dealt with with the same brush.. it's very unfair, teams like man city, Liverpool, man utd have far more financial muscle can go and spend millions more or player's they want and always be higher on the ladder cause of this.. other teams, spend what they can just to avoid relegation and compete in the league ( survival mode) really.. this model , keeps the smaller clubs at the lower end of the ladder always. Then they cop , sanctions on top of it. Madness really. Why haven't city or Chelsea received any punishment, I'll tell u why. By they time they come out and say this is what they've done wrong, these r the charges. The fa would of change the rules by then, they get away with it, no punishment.. it's why Everton, Forrest, foxes r receiving there's right now. Fa trying to intimidate the smaller clubs, keeping them where they r.. showing the UK government and regulatory 's , we're doing our job correctly and adhering to our own rules. We don't need u to intervine, corruption, var all started from the top. The suits upstairs r running scared, cause they might get caught and found out. What's really happening here..they say 2 yrs time, they will have the conclusion on city's alleged 115 charges. Chelsea spend 500 million in a month, yet u deduct points of these other clubs.. give me a break, don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining.. I see thru your corruption and bullshit fa, should be ashamed of yourselves..

Where is our compensation for having to play with an extra 4 points for 3 months when we got 10 points when we should of got 6, surely there is a case for that for extra points back when forest got 2 back straight away. That is discrimination towards Everton surely to god 😡

How come Lesiester city now in CL ain't getting points taken from them when they were wrong when in PL? Now powers say they can't dock them ??

Fed up of football, not that we can call it that anymore. var and psr slowly destroying the love for the game. The only way they stop and take notice of fans would be a full boycott, but that is never going to happen and they know it.

Its quite smiple all the clubs signed up to these rules to stop clubs getting into financial difficulties ie £35m lose per year in the premier and £12m per year in the champ and the dates you have to put your finances to the league committee so if you break the rules you have take it on the chin that you ( Cheated) and got found out and if you increase the limits you are encouraging a club to loose even more money !!
