The last video had all the data wrong and I didn't take into consideration the acceleration curve and small bore it was milling, so it never made it up to full speed. In this video we get up to full speed.
Yes, I'm spinning the tool way too fast here. It works about the same at 8krpm where the calculators say I should be, but there's a lot more vibration with just the 2 flute cutter and I didn't feel like vibrating anything loose. With a 4 flute carbide cutter it's probably more manageable, just didn't have one in the shop today.
