I can totally appreciate keeping location private. A lovely little place with a few room configurations. I'd be looking at acquiring the garage space at some point and opening the connecting wall to add more space.

Ideas: 1. Open up 1st floor bedroom to lounge to make huge lounge / dining area. 2. Enclose "kitchen" sink and toilet and change door to off new lounge / dining area. 3. New kitchen (with new sink)

I really, really like that kitchen. I usually don't care for red, but those red check curtains are lovely in there and I'd keep them, which surprises me. I also like the laundry area and think it is a convenient location, being adjacent to the kitchen and below the upper bedrooms. Love the view of the side street. Too bad the entrance wasn't on that side as it is a little more quiet (I realize I'm making an assumption here). I would have a balcony installed on that side if it was permitted. The moisture issue definitely needs to be addressed as it will only get worse and cause more damage.
