HuoHuo is basically bailu with no randomisation on her heal + Tingyun to a certain degree and some cleanses in 1 character slot. That’s broken lol. Some people just don’t understand that.

@@iHudo8430 Some people do not like some of them, or lack a Fu Xuan, for example. Lacking one of the big healers means you kind of need them unless you want to be suboptimal until they rerun.

Good point on the trace. I think Huohuo also have a similar trace that provides some kind of CC resist. The saddest thing is watching your healer frozen while the rest of the team is getting pummeled so CC resist trace is definitely valuable. 😅

@@GoodestDuck good advice :) hehe, actually wouldn’t mind going for the underdogs. I’m one of the weird ones who like Arlan so that’s not a problem. (Dan Heng is very much built and in use, but he’s already E6.) But that’s a moot point since i’m guaranteed and very close to pity. Max 20 pulls and the limited 5star of my choosing is home. Cool but almost too good to waste.

It'll need more testing to confirm how viable Tingyun + Huohuo are together but on paper, right now, it sounds ridiculous(in a good way)😅

Having two elite healers ready is good prep. I suspect they'll eventually force us to run 3 teams but that's just a theory.

Tingyun + Huohuo is an interesting concept upon my initial impression but will have to playtest it to see it's actual effectiveness. If it does work, it'll be fun to do an Infinite Energy Glitch 😅

@GoodestDuck Right now even with Coggers/MotP, Tingyun needs to skill once if she doesn't get hit one turn before Benediction ends. The extra energy from Huohuo will be great for fixing up messy rotations like that. I think the 3 star Abundance LC that action advances on basic will unironically be one of her BIS to increase her energy output. Like Coggers it's one of those "secretly OP" 3 star LCs, but it still hasn't had an amazing user of it besides Bailu and Lynx.

Silverwolf's rerun banner is miles better than Huohuo's banner. It's not even a fair comparison. Sparkles is a definitely another highly anticipated character that may be at Bronya level at the minimum in my opinion so save those Jades.

Yeah, I skipped over the Eidolon levels because while all players will "eventually" get a E6 Lynx, that could be a year or 2 from now. So I just strictly kept it at E0 for both, which is a bit unfair for the 4 stars but it is what it is.

Me who did 80 pulls on her banner and didn't get a single copy, but instead got her in the standard. It's actually not easy to snipe for 4* as people think

My apologies for late response. In my opinion, the biggest concern for Bailu is her lack of cleanse. I'm not sure if you've experience that disadvantage when using Bailu. I've personally found myself in tricky situations because of Bailu not being able to cleanse. With that said, Bailu is still manageable but I found using Huohuo is much more comfortable than using Bailu. The healing is stronger and isn't RNG based. Huohuo has so many more advantages over Bailu but I won't wall of text you here. I can say for certain that Huohuo is a 100% upgrade over Bailu. However, as a F2P, you technically don't "need" Huohuo right now. I assume you're able to clear MOC and Swarm 5 with your current roster no problem. Your damage dealers are solid. I recommend saving for future Support Characters(Harmony/Nihility) or just pull for Huohuo if you find your Bailu to be lacking.

I also pull for design most of the time. It is unfortunate that Bronya doesn't work too well with Cooler Dan Heng because of how SP hungry he can be. Tingyun fits his team better gameplay wise. Aesthetics wise, they're both 😊😊

I also have Fu Xuan and Lynx as my two sustain/"keep them alive at all costs", and while Fu Xuan has been incredibly reliable, Lynx struggles a bit if the enemy has a lot of attacks imo. I don't feel this problem as much in my Blade/Bronya/Pela/Lynx team, but in my team with DHIL without Luocha? Oh boy. He's a squishy boi, and I seldom find myself a bit troubled if Fu is in the other team which she usually is. Idk I feel like Huohuo holds a lot of value anyway due to her ult and mass heal, but we'll have to see how the meta stabilizes. As of now, I am undecided between her and saving for another support since I already have a lot of DPS

It's a tough call. With Ruan Mei coming in 1.6, Huohuo might not be worth it for your account since the rest of her banner provides little to no value. Is Huohuo a more comfortable Lynx, heck yeah. But is she worth the potential amount of Jades that you might need to sacrifice to get her? If you're truly not sure, you could always roll the dice and let god take the wheel. Throw a set amount of 10 pulls onto her banner. If you get her, you get her. If you don't, then you've just "build" pity for your next character.

Yeah I'm gonna have to wait for a week or so into the patch. I am disappointed with the 4* part of the banner for sure. I lost the 50/50 on Seele this time around, so I've got a guarantee whenever I do decide to pull. I do like that Huo Huo has some Harmony-like elements, but it'll probably ultimately depend on how she plays.

Yes. Put Clara in the 2nd or 3rd slot. That way, when Huohuo heals with her skill it will splash the healing to the teammates adjacent to Clara. For instance: If Clara is in slot #2 then the splash healing from Huohuo's skills will heal the character in slot 1 and 3.

Huohuo is way more SP hungry than Luocha. Dan Heng's need for SP might be a conflict but I can't say for sure right now. Of course, all this can be resolved if there is some Quantum Harmony character who can regen SP for the whole team. If only. 😏

It's something about her being a cowardly healer who is overworked that does it for me personally lol.

I also can had a leak is the E1 of Huohuo who make sp positive like luocha. So basicly Huohuo E1 is the perfect fusion of Luocha and tingyun IN AOE. Like its totzly busted and she became even more sp positive if you add her lightcone.

Unfortunately, her co stars on her banner isn't enticing to any players. Good chance her rerun banner will have better 4 stars.

Ruan Mei isn't going to solve the hp sustain issue you have right now but she'll for sure let your Jingliu hit like a truck. In my opinion, Huohuo is going to be able to keep up with Jingliu's HP drain but so can Luocha. Even if you miss Huohuo, there will always be a Luocha rerun eventually. If you're not sure right now, you can wait until actual gameplays of Jingliu + Huohuo comes out and go from there. At that time, there should be more "dreams" about Ruan Mei's kit so you could have a clearer picture of what you're potentially saving up for.

I share the same sentiment. I want my healer/sustain characters to do more than just "keep the team alive".

I am personally not the biggest Gepard fan so there might be some bias here. I dislike the fact that Gepard doesn't provide any healing at all. The shields are great but eventually the team will get withered down. Plus, characters like Blade and Jingliu doesn't work as well when pair with Gepard. Just my quick thoughts on Gepard.

My only thought is I hope you've got enough Stellar Jades saved up 😂. Huohuo and Hanya come for your jades. Good luck on the pulls🍀

If you have Bronya then slot her in. Hanya is fine but Pela may be slightly better especially if your Pela is E4 which will provide Ice Resistance shred.

Since you have Fu Xuan and two other sustain characters already. Fu Xuan and Jing Yuan is already a strong pairing. Is Huohuo and Jing Yuan just as strong? Yes. But your jades can go into future character that can benefit your team more.

I know I called Huohuo a "Tingyun with healing" in the video, she's not exactly a 1 for 1 replacement. For one, her energy regen is weaker because it's teamwide. I'd rather treat Huohuo more as a Healer with some Tingyun qualities.

My current Jingliu setup is similar except I have Tingyun over Gepard. Her blindfold is never coming on again! Do give it a shot if you have Tingyun. It's another a fun comp to play with.

The new best aoe team gonna be kafka black swan huo huo tingyun/honabi/pela cause black swan gonna stzck bombs on ennemis with enouth stack gonna be buff + reduce the def in aoe like pela + with kafka you gonna if enouth ennemis trigger it 2 at 3 time in a turn

I haven't delve too deep into Argenti yet so I can't say with confidence. But my initial impression is that Huohuo is going to help out Argenti a lot. Huge energy cost is no issue for Huohuo since her Energy Regen is % based not flat amount based.

Face value, Silverwolf banner is by far better than Huohuo's banner. There's no competition between those 4 stars. If you have to choose, I recommend the banner with more value which is Silverwolf's. Even if you miss out of Huohuo, there is definitely a Luocha rerun in the near future. You can always wait until more gameplay videos of Huohuo gets release after he banner comes out. It might tip the scale for you.

Silverwolf can allow you to force certain elements so she is easily the cheat code you may want to push through MOC. Speaking from personal experience, I got through all of MOC at TB level 60 because of Silverwolf. Otto/FuXuan/Huohuo are all sustain characters at the end of the day. You don't need all 3. If you have Lynx/Bailu, you could get away with only having one of Otto/ Fu Xuan/ Huohuo.

I wish you luck lol. I personally wouldn't want to go too deep into Huohuo's banner because of those featured 4 stars.

Not saying Natasha can't clear MOC, she most certainly can. Even Herta can clear MOC as the damage dealer with the right relics and team. I'm just putting it out there that Huohuo is a "better" healer than Natasha. That doesn't make Natasha a bad healer, just not as effective and comfortable to use as Huohuo. It comes down to comfort in my opinion. It's much more easier to clear content with Huohuo than it is with Natasha. Just my take on it.

If you have Luocha and Fu Xuan, I don't recommend pulling on Huohuo. As of right now, two healers are all you need(this could change in the future but that's the future). With the current top 2 sustain characters in Luocha and Fu Xuan, Huohuo is not that important for you at all. Unless you have a surplus of Stellar Jades lying around, I wouldn't even look at Huohuo.

my sustain isn't bad luocha can heal up to 5,5k in normal battle and my fuxuan have 10k hp and i pull cuz i love sustain char (even tho i really need dps right now)

In my experience, my healers (Lynx,Natasha, and Bailu) just weren't doing "enough" for me; especially in harder events like Swarm 5. They're still manageable don't get me wrong but it has definitely been more sweat free ever since I got Huohuo.

After I had her...I cleared moc 10 with such ease I had never felt before ...I feel she is way better than fuxuan if one uses a brain....and lynx Natasha heals weren't enough as there heals were meagre and one shotted my team...but huohuo made a whole lot a diff...with just lvl 2 traces I cleared...I fully am satisfied ..just the fact I wasted resources on lynx.... 😔😔😔😔

At least you don't have to refarm relics for Huohuo lol. Thank god relics are switchable between characters.

You're setup for success. At 40 Pity with guaranteed, you can go in there and snag yourself a Huohuo and then never look back. Those featured 4 stars on that banner is the biggest scam since FTX.

I would love to say me too but my Yukong has been collecting dust on my account. I also didn't think I'll like Huohuo as much as I do now. The current event is carrying.

Since you're running double damage dealer of Blade + Jingliu, you might want to look into Ruan Mei. She might be more beneficial to your account.

Until Hoyo force us to build 3 teams for some end game content, you're set. Black Swan, Hanabi, Ruan Mei, take your pick.

I would always say go for the character you like more. Both are great in their own ways so it'll make more sense to go after the one you like more.

The main job a sustain character is to keep the team alive. Fu Xuan does a hell of a job keeping the team alive. The same can be said for Luocha. It's just the slight differences that they each provide and what aspects players may prefer over.

There is a good chance that we will get a Luocha/Fu Xuan Rerun before the Huohuo rerun. If you're in a desperate need of a better sustain character, Luocha/Fu Xuan might be serviceable for you. I would recommend to save enough jades to grab at least of the three. Sustain characters are extremely important for clearing end game difficulty content and I personally don't think Natasha is cut out for those harder difficulty contents.

I think we all know she can not be placed on a team constantly sucking away SP. no IL for example, that would just run out of gas.

100% RES is insane, how lucky were you to roll that? I usually just aim for 30% to fit the set bonus condition and call it a day lol.

@@GoodestDuck it didn’t take long. I have the Perfect Timing S3 (effect Res 24%), the set that gives effect Res ((10%), and she naturally has +20%, so that is 54%. It didn’t take long to get substats adding to 46%.

With Seele, I suggest going for Silverwolf instead. As a new player, you'll benefit way more with the Silverwolf + Seele combo because now you're one step closer of being able to build a team able to force Quantum Weakness on any battles due to Silverwolf's weakness implant skill.

In my opinion, Huohuo is much more SP hungry than the likes of Luocha and Fu Xuan. There may be some kind of SP shortage when pairing her up with Imbibitor. If only there is a Harmony support who can provide extra SP... lol Jing Yuan should work wonders with Huohuo. Tingyun has been Jing Yuan's best buddy since the start of the game. Huohuo, who has some Tingyun qualities in her should be able to mesh extremely well with Jing Yuan as well, since Huohuo will just replace your current healer on Jing Yuan's team.

huohuo is a must pull for your account

That's a very tough question. As a new player, Silverwolf's banner will benefit you slightly more than Huohuo's banner. The reasoning is that Silverwolf's banner have superior 4 stars that you can build and use. Hanya is a great support. Lynx is an amazing 4 star healer who can hold her. Silverwolf allows you to force certain element weaknesses, making the game much more forgiving since you won't have all the necessary characters built up yet as a newer player. Even if you miss out on Huohuo now, you can always get Luocha/Fu Xuan reruns. Both are also top tier sustain characters in their own right. So for your situation as a newer player, I think Silverwolf has more value for you. Hope this helps.

In this case, you could have Huohuo replace Lynx. Ideally, having Bronya or Tingyun would benefit Jingliu more but not everyone has a Bronya lying around.

Topaz has great future value as she can be sup-dps to any future follow ups characters. And honestly Topaz, Himeko, and Asta is one of the best trios I've played with. Hell sometimes I even run Clara, Topaz, and Himeko and it still works. If you are getting through MOC with no trouble and your characters aren't dying, I say go with the DPS. But I do believe Huo Huo will be amazing in your Kafka DOT team since DOT benefits the most from the ATK % All this to say you wouldn't be hurting in picking either. There will be future Fire DPS just as there will be future abundance characters. I think this is a matter of picking your favorite character

If it matters to you, the 4 stars on Huohuo's banner is vomit inducing. With Fu Xuan, Bailu and Lynx, you don't "need" Huohuo. Even if Hoyo decides to make MOC Part 2 that requires 3 teams, you still have 3 healers. Don't get me wrong though, Huohuo will still be an upgrade over Bailu and Lynx for sure.

I don't need Huo Huo's 4stars, cause I gonna spend like 5-8 pulls to hit pity and after, that it's collecting jades for Hanya. As much as I want Topaz, the proper cleanse unit is really needed - I get destroyed on last bug boss lvl5 just because of all DOTs....
