What's better than a baked Christmas ham!? A PULLED CHRISTMAS HAM!
Tender, juicy and packed full of flavour..... You need to try this pulled Christmas ham recipe! The garlic butter injected turkey breast is AMAZING too!
In this video i'm going to show you how to make a pulled Christmas ham and smoked turkey breast!

Here's the braising liquid recipe for the ham:
- 2.5 cups of pineapple juice
- 1tbs honey
- 2tbs dijon mustard
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 sliced orange (once liquid is in tray with ham)
Then for the turkey breast injection, super easy, it's just 250g melted butter and 1tbs garlic powder!
Honestly once you've done a pulled Christmas ham, you'll never go back to baked Christmas ham.
Doing a pulled Christmas ham and adding those juices through the pulled meat is an absolute game changer. You get maximum flavour in EVERY bite!

Really pumped to try this. So I woke up Christmas morning, lit the pit boss…Seasoned the ham…bloody thing was nearly too big for the smoker, I couldn’t stand it up. Your smoker is way bigger than a pit boss Edit Had it for Tea, bloody awesome, thanks mate

I often vac seal and freeze pulled pork (pork shoulder), finding it tastes just as good reheated. I'm thinking that ham would behave similarly. Something new to try, thanks!

I’ve seen them the last couple of years in videos and was always skeptical about it being a leg, was going to do one last year or use a shoulder ham but this turned out amazing after I’d practiced one a while back.

Hi Aaron, another fantastic video. If I were to do a small ham, eg 2kg, boned, already smoked, how long do you think it would take to cook at about 130-150 C? I have a weber kettle and thinking of trying to replicate your cook with the turkey breast and the ham at the same time with the trusty snake method. Thanks in advance, have learned so much from your videos.

Hey mate. Put aside around 5-6 hours for one that size. Maybe like 2 hours unwrapped and 2-3 wrapped. Might be quicker.

Still way too many fade out cuts, hard cuts are better by far. Fade out cuts makes your vids look like something that was around 10-15 yrs ago. Mate, no one uses fade out cuts any more. If you're ever talking at the camera then you can use that as a voice over instead and use less speed up or cuts. The cutting board overhead shot was much better this time, well done.
