🔔 Pumpkin leaf side dish. (1T=rice spoon)
270g pumpkin leaf, 1 green chili pepper, 1T coarse salt, 1/2T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T plum syrup, 1/2T minced garlic (5g), 1T doenjang (30g), 1/2T gochujang (10g), 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds.
✨ Pumpkin leaf side dish.
1. Wash the pumpkin leaves after trimming them.
2. Boil water with 1T coarse salt and add pumpkin leaves and blanch for 5 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and drain.
4. Slice pumpkin leaves and green chili peppers.
5. Grind sesame seeds. 6. Mix 1/2T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T plum syrup, 1/2T minced garlic (5g), 1T doenjang (30g), 1/2T gochujang (10g), and 1T sesame oil.
7. Add pumpkin leaves, green chili peppers, and sesame seeds and mix.
