We visited Biryani by choice in Lajpat Nagar. This was the cleanest cloud kitchen. We tried their boneless chicken biryani and Dilli wala korma.
Biryani by choice on Swiggy and zomato
we are promoting restuarants and eateries for FREE to help them survive pandemic.

Cooked food is fully safe & totally hygeinc Corona khaane se nahi fail sakta.. bhale hi chef ko khud ko corona hi kyu na hua ho. Log bohot zyaada galat fehmi ka shikaar hai.. zyaada risk hai kisi se baat-cheet karne me.. na ki kisi ke saath khaana share karne mein

Chef ke muh se particles khaane mei chale gaye, chef ke virus infected haath package pe lag gye. *Remember that the virus can stay on the surface for many days* Package humare ghar aya, humne package ko touch kiya, unhi hatho se ankhe mall li, Ya khana khaya (jisme chef ke muh se nikle particles hue). According to the latest research.. the Virus particles can NOT stay on cooked food for even a few minutes.. let alone a few hours. Google for any case across any nation.. where the primary vector of transmission is food. You will realize what I am saying is correct

@@vasuoberoi6212 And as far as packaging is concerned.. you should discard the outer packaging of the deliver & use your own utensils. And after discarding.. sanitize your hands. So, even if the chef has covid.. you would not get infected

Everything looks good and clean when there's a camera around. Give them a surprise visit without knowing who you are, notice the kitchen & staff, does they still maintain the same standard with no cameras around. If you found that appealing, then u should promote them. Just a simple feedback. Keep up the good work. All the best👍👍

Sir after looking at your video I tried their Boneless chicken biryani last evening. I must say sir what a hidden Gem this place is . I have never had such a beautiful cooked biryani in a long time . Absolut 7 stars to this place and owners impecible hygine and warmth in service . I was eating jn my car and chef came specially to check if everything was fine . These are some small gestures and personal touch which wins you over . And food was marvellous well balanced flavor and moist biryani will definitely reccomend and visit multiple times
