Dubai is renowned for its luxurious lifestyle, but for athletes like myself, it is a prime location for pre-season training. My days in Dubai start early, before the sun even rises. I hit the gym for an intense workout session, focusing on building strength, power, and endurance.
Pre-season training in Dubai not only helps me improve my game but also prepares me mentally for the upcoming season. The relentless training regimen instills in me a sense of discipline, dedication, and perseverance, which I carry with me throughout the year.
Hustling under the Emirati sun for more than 14 hours a week... just a glimpse of what it takes to prepare for the upcoming season.

@@stropp6992 what makes him the worst? When was the last time he berated an umpire? When is the last time he smashed a racquet? When was the last time he kept complaining about a bad call? Sure, he has argued or complained. But. No worse than every other player. Novak acts out way more than he ever has. So you would call Novak one of the worse too, right? Watch Tennis Advocate on court argument videos. Tsitsipas has been in 1-2 of those videos. If you are going to hate on someone, at least make it for legit reasons and hate on every other player that acts the same way. Before you go there, I will make the argument for everyone else.

We loved Dubai when we visited years ago, although being in the month of July it was way too hot 😅 .. so we learnt our lesson then of when not to travel 😃. I did hear Dubai had underground water, but have never heard about the rain forests - very interesting! The restaurants in Dubai are first class. Will look out for the Portuguese one if we return 🤗 Looks like all that training paid off as you did so well in the AO 💪💯... You're the perfect life coach - always striving to do better and inspiring everyone around you! Stefanos is a young, talented, great tennis player that (I suppose) has the knowledge and can also talk about some other beautiful things in the world like history, philosophy etc. How wonderful it is see that the entire population of Greece knows the steps and how to dance...Zorba the Greek... Can you please answer my few questions? 1) Do you eat something during you session? 2) Was there any break between your tennis and fitness session? 3) What did you had in your dinner? Mainly protein? And please let me know the reason also ... 4) And what about that device that you were wearing? It let you know many different things like RBC, oxygen level etc. but how will these things affect you and your game 5) Why Pre season at this time of the year? Why not at year end? Could feel the heat watching. Can’t say the ice bath holds much appeal. My trainer says it’s psychological too. I must polish up my mindfulness or perhaps I’m just mindless (?).
