In 2005, Roger Federer and Andre Agassi played perhaps the most dangerous tennis match ever attempted. On a tiny platform situated over 689 feet (210 meters) into the air, images and video of the famed Dubai SkyCourt have been seen and discussed by millions since that fateful day. Very few have actually ever heard the insane backstory behind the match... well, until today that is.
Brace yourself if you have a fear of heights, today we’re uncovering everything behind the mysterious sky high tennis marketing stunt heard around… and above the world.

For anyone wondering, the terminal velocity of a tennis ball (the maximum speed at which it can consistently fall through the air) seems to be about 75-100 km/h, which is much slower than a serve or even light groundstroke, so the balls falling off the platform wouldn't hurt anyone or break/dent anything.

Nah, it was Agassi who was scared of heights. It's pretty clear from the video. He had to lie down, just to look over the edge. And look how casually Federer strolls to the edge, while Agassi shuffled tentatively. But I wouldn't say either of them had a phobia. Just a perfectly sane caution about falling to their death.

Novak Đoković is leading a major change when it comes to proffesional tennis organizational structures with the establishment of PTPA. I think this is quite in tune with what you are covering here. A lot of tennis fans now close to nothing about how the tour is organized and how unfair the revenue distribution happen to be. Thx for your videos! In terms of Nebula, I've tried it before (some KZfaqr mentioned it as well) and what I didn't like was that it didn't mark videos I've already watched on it, in any way and neither gave me a section of related videos to watch... Seems like the creators of the platform didn't think it through very well, in terms of usability for consumers. I mean think about it, after watching one video, wouldn't you be more likely to pick from 3 or more of other similar videos next to it or would you click back and start browsing all over again, which option is easier? So because of this psychological barrier at taking more brain power and effort to use - I don't see Nebula thrive until they at least integrate these two very easy to implement features, that are on almost every platform, app and website, and for this very reason - keep the users use their platform. Unless of course, hosting and bandwidth costs are a factor, than it perfectly makes sense why Nebula wouldn't want people to watch more of their videos, at a cost of losing consumers as a side effect. Anyway I hope you know someone that could look into it, if Nebula's success matters. Thanks and good luck! ;)
