Ingredients :
Basmati rice - 2 cups (400 gm)
Mint leaves - 2 handful
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 8
Green chilli - 5 - 6
Big onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Potato - 1 (large)
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 4
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 1
Star anise - 1
Kapok buds - 2
Bay leaf - 2
Cashew nuts - 10
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
