Why can't we the uk start making 155 shells at maximum capacity, and we should have started this project 2 years ago knowing the world is going to be donating stock piles to Ukraine and western countries then would be purchasing new stock to replace and donate to Ukraine also ??. If we had built a production line with the millions we have been giving Ukraine then by kkow we would be making money and supplying anyone who wanted 155 shells?????

We can and we are making 155mm shells. We're stockpiling them for our protection before giving them to Ukraine. The robots in UK's largest shell factory in Waterloo Dorset has been working 24/7.
