Thank you for always sharing relevant topics! I understand and have had great success with targeted email marketing. However, I wonder how to address the issue of educating people on all the library has to offer them beyond books. All libraries constantly hear: "I didn't know the library had that." Even coming up with titles for email categories is a challenge since people don't know what they don't know. Any suggestions on taking a combination approach to emails?
