If we stop and take a closer look at our Lord on the cross, suffering and dying for every single sin, this should help us to put it to death! Just imagine for a moment that you were right there at that moment in time when our Lord was receiving the beatings and all the whips that caused him to bleed to death, and it was your sin that did it. Or even worse, imagine that it was your very hand that whipped him. Wouldn't you have instead wanted to get in the way so that you would get hit instead of him? Do you know that every time you sin, Jesus received a lash for it? Do you not know that you hurt him immensely by taking your sin lightly? How bad would it hurt you to find someone else in bed with your spouse? Well, it is the same with Christ and our sin. If we are married to him, and we are, then every sin we commit, it's spiritual adultery against Christ. It hurts him that bad and much worse, because he loves much more and the greater the love, the greater the pain. So brothers and sisters, for the love of our Blessed Jesus, be killing your sins, your sinful desires and sinful thoughts. Do you not know that the LORD hears every thought as if you spoke it out loud? He knows your every desire!! O I thank you Blessed Father in Heaven for this wonderful sermon and I pray that you enable me to do just what we are called to do, live a holy life for your Glory. This was brilliant. When you mentioned the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:29 ... "It is better to go through life mamed than whole and end up in hell." As one who is battling with my health in so many ways at the age of 46 and aware that the Lord often uses these means to sanctify us, even when Satan means them for evil. The Lord means all these things for the good of His people and it is better that I suffer for a little while and it play a part in my sanctification for a season or so than I go through life healthy and never really know His discipline and find I am not really a son after all. It just goes to expose the health, wealth and prosperity "gospel" for the lie from the pit of hell that it is. Paul said didn't he "I have learned to abound and I have learned to be abased" well I am still learning... I have known good health and I have known poor health but hopefully in this life I will know good health again and that the Lord will find me able to be trusted with it. 🙏

No He does not. We have to reckon ourselves to be dead to sin, not the other way round. The way to do that is by being alive unto God in Christ first and foremost.

How can you say that the words of Paul supercedes Jesus's own words as documented? Isn't that blasphemy?

1 Corinthians 6 does not teach "when you sin in this way, you make Jesus sin, you take Jesus with you." It teaches repentance in the form of "Flee immorality". Jesus is our Lord and Savoir and has and always will be sinless. And it pains me when I heard the words, I am Christ spoken by someone who is not Christ. I don't care who says it. We are members of Christ only by the grace of God. Some of this was not well thought out before it was taught IMHO. Trust God. Romans 2:4

Just because someone claims to believe in Jesus does not make that person a Christian nor does it even make them a true believer since even demons also believe. Understand that God commanded us not to sin but yet there are many in this world who foolishly believe that they can never stop sinning. These people clearly reveal that they lack knowledge of scripture and they are completely lost and deceived in their beliefs. They have fallen for the lies of some demon spirit and they certainly are not being guided by the Holy Spirit and I will prove as much below. “Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:4‬ ‭NKJV “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Realize that if you were truly living by the Holy Spirit then it would be impossible for you to sin since you would now be guided by the Spirit of God who is Holy and pure and who cannot sin. Since you can no longer sin then it would be impossible for you to ever get sick since scripture relates that sickness only comes from sin and the devil. To prove my point here is just one scripture that relates how it is possible to stop sinning and that sin will then bring sickness into our lives. “But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” ‭‭John‬ ‭5:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Jesus would have never instructed the man that He had healed to sin no more if it were impossible for the man to stop sinning. In Deuteronomy 28 God related His blessings for those who would obey Him and the curses that will occur on anyone who chooses to live in sin and disobedience. Sickness is definitely listed as a curse and it clearly reveals that you are a sinner who lacks knowledge of scripture since you are disobeying God. “If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE Lord YOUR GOD, then the LORD will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues-great and prolonged plagues-and serious and prolonged sicknesses. Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the Law, will the LORD bring upon you until you are destroyed.” ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭28:58-61‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Now God made it very clear that He would remove sickness and disease from anyone who did not sin and who would obey what He commanded in scripture. This is why the devil can no longer put his afflictions on anyone who is truly born of God because they are now someone who can no longer sin since they are being guided by God’s Holy Spirit. “And said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭15:26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ “So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭23:25-26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ “And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you.” ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7:15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ “We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭5:18‬ ‭NKJV Very very very few of us are truly being guided by the Holy Spirit and if you are then you are probably rejoicing since you now realize that it is possible to overcome your sins and your afflictions in this evil fallen world. And I can certainly testify that God’s word is true since I am someone who can no longer sin nor can I ever get sick ever again since I have been sanctified in truth by God’s Holy Spirit. “HE WHO SINS IS OF THE DEVIL, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. WHOEVER HAS BEEN BORN OF GOD DOES NOT SIN, for His seed remains in him; AND HE CANNOT SIN, because he has been born of God.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:8-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Scripture clearly relates that anyone who sins belongs to the devil and whoever is born of God does not sin and cannot sin. So if you cannot comprehend what I just revealed then you are just one of the many who are completely lost and deceived in your beliefs and you certainly are not being guided by God’s Holy Spirit. REALIZE THAT THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE SCRIPTURE THAT EVER RELATES THAT A SINNER BELONGS TO GOD OR THAT A SINNER IS A CHILD OF GOD so anyone who continues to sin is certainly someone who is lost and deceived. This fallen world is filled with millions of deceived believers who certainly are no different then the Pharisees and the Sadducees and this is why only a remnant of believers will actually then be saved. “And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved,” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭ESV

This thinking find totally depressing! It makes the bible a contradiction and unbelievable! Christ lived as a man without any sin. Because of obedience was filled with the Holy Spirit without measure! Offered himself through the Holy Spirit as the Lamb of God! Raised from the dead by the Holy Spirit, making a new man, the First begotten from the dead, The second Adam! Surely all his children will be in his likeness! If this is not so, it makes no sense! It is said men are sinners because of Adams transgression! You cannot have it both ways, if you are re- born of the second Adam you must have his nature and be like him! The idea that his children are going about in sin is a total contradiction, they cannot possibly be raised from the dead!
