I ha en messed with any flow rate or infill yet I just printed it right from thinyverse but I'll definitely try lowering the flow rate thank you for your quick response

No worries. By the way, there's a new version where I have abandoned the whole gearbox idea and used a maze puzzle to lock it instead: www.thingiverse.com/thing:4792301 - I think it makes for a more satisfying puzzle.

What infill for the core?

Solid, though I prefer increasing wall count/thickness so there is no infill at all.

What wall count were you at to get rid of infill?

@@adrianhall3102 maybe 6 or so. You can always check in the preview view of the slicer
