The government crews actually only work 5 to 5 and a half hours out of a 8 hour day I know from experience

pretty nuts the company i work for get called to do this sort of work all the time cause the large city we work in the city crews would never dream of tackling this kind of job themselves. they r lucky to be able to fix a water main break and they wont fix that until they can start making over time pay isnt it funny how goverment money works lol but realisticly for this job as long theres not some crazy long run of pipe and not a billion utilities in the way your probably looking at 2 days of work ballpark

So now that there are women - and who knows what else - working on job sites and for municipalities, shouldn't they be called peopleholes, or personholes?
