I,ll admit, ever since I started doing seva at the gurdwara, i didnt even ask for it but guru ji blessed me with this beautiful gift. I rarely get hit by kaam now. Before, i cant even explain how bad it was. Trust me, do some sewa.

People need to know Bhai Jagraj Singh died early age is because he got connected with the eternal power through naam simran. Once there's a connection of soul with naam then the soul starts detaching from the body. Such souls leave the body at early age. This happened to shankracharya, vivekananda and raman who also died of cancer. This is not cause of ailment this is because the soul has reached a higher self. Waheguru 🙏

The point of keeping mind occupied by engaging in activity is very true. I remember a few years ago from Guru's kirpa there were simran programs daily in the morning and evenings it kept me very occupied but when my mind started become lazy and did not attend there was a very strong energy of lust that I noticed, and the mind started wandering into those areas.

Problem is.. if one has stayed away from kaam, but then marries someone who has not. It causes issues.

I would add if your a certain age in later 20s close to 30s look for a marriage because we can establish that certain times of life god has set out as evolving as a person such as: early 20s education trade university work mid 20s graduating school establishing career and living on your own late 20s marriage family. All throughout this time you should be making progress in sikhi and amritvela going to simran programs etc and doing fitness activities. Lust is there but key point jagraj made about looking at everyone as family re directing the Brain to see that is a great tool and simran.

Where does Jagraj get the 40 day for habit to establish from? Does SGGS talk about it? I come from the Kundalini Yoga tradition and with things having come up to the light recently that shows shadows of Yogi Bhajan, there is some doubts going about aspects of those teachings and their true origin. I know Jagraj did some workshops within the 3HO community, can he have gotten it from there, or is it actually spoken of in Gurmat? Also, why this background music? promote gurbani instead of this modern beat stuff.

There is nothing written like 40 day for habbit in guru Granth Sahib .. I also use to follow these yoga's . We can get different type of abilities from them but we can't meet god by doing yoga aasan or kundlani yoga..you will get all these power while chanting god name. I experienced god bless during chanting name ..one of my friend also got some powers by chanting god name and reciting gurbani.

He just extended 21 days to 40 days . As it scientifically proven that it takes 21 days to make new habbit.

Okay but answer me this: Why did GOD make men more lustful than women? I never understood this and have not ever had a good answer. Why did GOD make males extremely lustful and not women. If GOD wants us to only have sex within marriage why would he make MEN extremely lustful but not women? Please answer my question.

Okay I am not sure but I might have an idea. I think women are just as lustful but they have been taught to hide it because they are told it isn’t what a lady should do. They are just very good at hiding it and men have been raised in a way where they are able to show it and that is why it’s harder for them to control it. This isn’t a reliable view but just an idea

probably because a woman will have more negative outcomes from being promiscuous which will colour her future she may be as lustful but much more cautious in acting on it . That's why there has been as upswing in sexual misbehaviour since birthcontrol has become more reliable
