I believe Black Excellence is a direct response to racism. But it is not aimed to white people even if they are the ones who express their racist views towarda our people. Instead it is directed to our black people, in order to empower them, to nurture their self-esteem, their confidence in themselves, its a wake up call to our people so as to realise that what we have been i doctrinated by the white racist structure, is not true. Black Excellence places examples of people within our comunity (worldwide), that made it to the top in various fields, and thus proved that we can get there and that sky is the limit to our potential. The worst victim is that who believes he is one, so through Black Excellence we change our clothes designed by white racism, to redefine our own style and ways, and reach our potential.
