我是第一次聽到奇亞籽,flaxseed就每天都加一tablespoon 在麥皮上,現在可以改用奇亞籽,因為奇亞籽好像可以放久些,可以熱煮,對嗎?謝謝.

Priscilla 您好,在另一個視頻,您話 omega 3 同 omega 6 嘅比例最好是4:1或甚至6:1,但我買的奇亞籽的 omega 3 是 4000 mg 而 omega 6 是 1600 mg, 比例只是2.5:1,是否不健康?因會令身體發炎。 請賜教。謝謝!
