The first one happened to us. We filed all paperwork to be family foster parents, and the case workers started treating us with disdain and cut off our contact for no reason, trying to let the foster care workers who currently had the kids keep them. We threatened to get a lawyer and they straightened out real quick.

I didn't really understand what that was about, can you elaborate? What were they trying to stop you from doing and why?

@zoeb3573 family foster is when you file paperwork and go thru training to be foster parents, but some of the requirements are less strict because you are going to be fostering a member of your family (a cousin in my case). My fiance and I were doing everything asked of us, filling paperwork, attending visits, changed the entire layout of our apartment to make room. Suddenly 3 or 4 months into the process, the case worker started getting an attitude and tone with us all the time, and told us we wouldn't be getting any more visits. They said we hadn't turned in some paperwork (we had brought it with us to a visit, but the case worker had left for the day despite telling us they would be there). We instead mailed it in immediately. But they stopped our entire process. Several months later, we were given a visit, then pulled aside and told that the foster parents who had the children were being offered the option to adopt. And we told them that was not right, explained what happened, and told them we would contact a lawyer. They told us to wait, and looked into it. Turned out the case worker didn't file our paperwork when we mailed it in months ago.

Can you send me your address for the foster kids that you're taking into you're home and then I just might do something for those foster kids that you're token into your house then I will probably be sending you something for though foster kids just saying that now

@@emalinel I am gonna help the foster kids and there families I just need to get phone numbers for the foster families and then I need to see if you can get me more information about the foster families and then there foster kids and how that I can meet them in person and then the kids in person just so that I can get to know them and then t can get to know them just wanted to see if that is the case I will be putting my cell phone number down in the c the

I will probably be doing a lot more for the little new born baby than get put into foster care and the young ones that get put into foster care kids just saying that now by Krystal Baker

I do agree with you on the information I have been looking around for more information books about fostering and foster care booth of big books to read just saying that now by Krystal Baker let me know down in the comments below it you have any ideas or information about where is a good place to look at just saying that now

Unfortunately it feels like not enough is done for these kids. Its awesome people like yourself are doing the best you can !! My nephew should not be with my brother . He takes his sons adah meds , he will sell them now and thrm or take them. For a year he was sleeping on a couch, his son on an air mattress at a friends house. Unfortunately this friend was running a home for men that need a group home after prison. This friend was out of prison for being a child molester. My nephew doesnt go to school more than a couple days a week. He hits teachers , he stabbed another kid with a fork at lunch, he is only 8 years old . Now if they take him, i am afraid no one would be able to handle him. My brother has taught him to steal when they go in homes , or just out . He will need so much therapy. We tried to take care of him when my brother was staying at my parents . I would fix dinner and my brother would not even come down to eat, so i would sit with my nephew and chat with him and such! Then my brother stold my moms wedding ring and a couple grand of other jewelry, the police got the video of him getting money for them at the pawn shop. This was his 4. Conviction for stealing! Still no jail an he keeps his son!

I think that you're gonna have to figure out a home that would take him to where he would not take and still things from people just to teach him a lesson just saying that now

@@krystalbaker5858 problem is , his mother could have taken him along time ago, but she doesn't even want him. I feel so bad for him, because he has been taught the art of stealing, lying and I believe he has hurt animals as well. Cats and such . He shot a bb gun a few homes down from my parents into their window . The police called cps because they couldn't charge him, and apparently my brother was sleeping and my nephew decided he didn't like them , and shot the bb through a window. CPS came, chatted with my brother and then said " here are pamphlets with ways to help him ! It's terrible how they are doing this. No one in our family can take him, my mom passed, my dad is 79 and heart issues . My older brother has several medical issues and his wife has cancer . We live in Texas , and I had my leg removed last year, and also 2 heart surgeries . This kid will need long term harsh therapy for more than likely the rest of his life ! But cps doesn't seem to care at all !

I think that I am gonna be doing for the little new born baby more and then the young ones make and when I see that I am taking about like super baggy for the little new born and then like back pain for the younger ones for school just saying that now by Krystal Baker

That is really good news to hear about the foster care services and several about the kids in foster care and in Kansas families and about there children that are in the foster care section several just saying that now thanks for all of that information about the foster care services service just saying that now that is a big help for all of the families for sure in Kansas children foster care services secondary just saying that now by Krystal Baker

I have a random question and would LOVE your perspective... Since the virus a lot of court is on YT including cases that include CPS. What is your thought about this? There are some that REALLY go into details. Now, I do admit to getting sucked into them myself so that's why I'm so curious about your take. Also, I really love your channel!! My 13yr old daughter and i watch you and its helped change my perspective on things greatly!!. One of my very close friends was doing everything to get licensed and we were all so excited for her! She did however put a pause on that because she ended up pregnant. I shared your channel with her and she is excited to pick back up and get her license now that her daughter is older.

I appreciate what you do. But this really makes me angry and sad. We got people out here proclaiming to want to protect life and children and aint doing a damn thing for these kids in the system I'll never understand Christians

I am doing everything that I can for though foster kids and foster babies also just saying that now and when I say foster kids I am talking about the youngest one that are gonna go to school just saying that now
