Qataris celebrate Eid al-Fitr with mixed feelings: A blockade on Qatar by a group of Arab countries has put a different complexion on the Eid al-Fitr celebrations marking the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
Al Jazeera met some of the Doha residents ending their month of fasting, with no end to the major diplomatic crisis in sight.

House of Healing jealousy in the region. Many Gulf nations are angry that countless gay men are flocking to Qatar. Even though the gay scene is huge amongst the population in the region, people are upset that they are all moving to Qatar

Why "mixed Feelings"? ....The Qatari people should celebrate the Eid with their heads held high full of pride...Pride in their country...pride in their leaders....and pride in the support they received from all the decent people in the world ( Turkey, Palestine, Morocco to name a few).....I salute Qatar....I salute H. H. Emir Tameem.....and I salute all of those who supported Qatar ...Eid Mubarak to all of you

Chill guys men kissing other men is quiet common in many parts of the world. Only because you westerners don't do it doesn't mean it's gay. For Italian people it is also quiet common. If you have watched godfather you should know.. BTW it's a kiss on the cheeks of course

there are different stages of suffering. hunger, poorness, abusive situation, fairness, injustices, reduction the ability of moving, poor healith situation.... ect I didn't say they are suffering or not. I can't judge I know nothing about the situation over there. what I'm saying is be rich doesn't mean you aren't suffering.

Allahu Akhbar; if Allah is One, then to allow a difference of human opinion as to how to allow for humans to support other humans, whether of their opinions or in more material ways, were to be lamented. But if Qatar says anything to the other Arab States, then it is that diversity of opinions will occur, and that in the larger play of forces, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter, but what is that freedom for, and what is it against. No country is homogenous of its attitudes and outlooks, and even some in the United States would wonder if Governmental and Corporate institutions were not serving to artificially divide a humanity against itself, the ultimate oxymoron in the case of Governments that are meant to unite, and a minor infraction against function in the case of Corporations. If Qatar is allowing for a greater freedom of expression of what it is to be human within the larger domain of Allah, then critiques laid against it must needs be substantial and demonstrative of just how that freedom of expression is infringing on others'.
