I agree with u, my friend in HK, she is Indonesian , she made that very delicious and use less white egg and a lot butter, I fail to make it because my 烤箱都無分 上下火的! it will cause the bottom layer burned. is anyone can give good idea ?

Hi chef feng i very like your indonesia layer cake. But i find bakery shop hypermarket dont have Mix spice o. Can i use vanilla extract . But same taste or not. You bake put 1 scoop mesuaring cup is how many got 1/4 cup . i use 8 inch or square cake pan can. i waiting your reply me ok
