In my Qigong class you will learn how to connect the movements with the organs and how to balance the emotions that accompany each organ. Like Yin and Yang each organ has a positive and negative vibration. Through Qigong you can learn to balance them for an easier flow of energy. Qigong is a fundamental part of the practice of Tai Chi. It is a different practice to Tai Chi where we focus on meridians, circulating energy, and building a good foundation to work with. It is about playing with the Chi and at the same time building up strength balance and nourishing the body. This is a great exercise for frozen shoulder that is so prevalent in our computer based society. There is an extra practice at the end. Seek approval from your medical professional if you have serious injuries

There are so many things I like about these videos. They're not too long, just the right time - The nature around is so beautiful - The tone of the voice, is gentle and kind - The music is relaxing . But what I love the most is that every movement has a name that helps me memorize it. When I do my exercises I just repeat myself hug the tree, embrace the moon. Thank you for sharing 🌹

Been practicing Qigong on another channel for some time but after morning routine i felt like maybe here i can find some taichi practices also.. and so i met you! Weird, when i was moving both hands, i suddenly started to cry. I think some energyblockages moved and felt like this is the hobby i should have been doing since i was kid. Well, better to understand that later than never :D i just moved to another city and found out that there are taichi studio just at the next block, i will go there when the next course starts, and that's a promise! Thank you beautiful and have blessed day

Hi! I just started adding this shoulder video to my morning routine along with your 1-5 Review. I’ve been sleeping with a small pillow tucked under an arm each night for years and have to constantly shift it back and forth depending on which side I turn to sleep on. If I don’t do that I wake up in horrible shoulder and neck pain. Your 1-5 Review video has been an absolute blessing and I’ve only had one bad day of back pain in 5 weeks! For me that’s a miracle! I’m definitely looking forward to adding the shoulder exercise routine and seeing how things are progressing over the next 5 weeks! Thank you so much for sharing your videos!

@@Taiflow It is so generative and extremely fluid, I can spend a lot of time emotionally dis-regulated and very much in an overactive limbic system to then clumsily walking on eggshells being sent into my amygdala. I’m in a block of flats and it can be rather exhausting being within proximity to certain people within my area, somewhat an old fashioned era a lot of people have been raised within, NPD central🥀Not to mention the decibel. Finally got a place of my own where I’m healing like a King👑 . Exposure is brilliant afterwards but when you are in it… Just a war with the rage and past at times. I couldn’t walk earlier, legs were so weak my body flopped into the sink, so I sat down doing my dishes, the practices you are sharing help me get into my higher thinking and be one with the elements. Visually, physically, emotionally & mentally. Sometimes it’s just the action of getting in to it, it becomes somewhat of a perpetual motion when you enter the Zen Qi zone. Embracing the moon always gives me the cheesiest grin, every part of it. I’m rather freestyle and like to integrate a lot of Chinese medicine. Thank you for possessing such a beautiful soul & to share all you have learnt, true spirit in you. The mind is a powerful place when in an environment of such lack of control, integrating the elements gives me that ability to let go and dissolve my physical body into whatever it is I choose. You’ve really made a mark on my journey. Mush love from the UK 🌊🍄🌏🌈🌕

Tony Stefanetti that is wonderful. How many videos do you do at your gathering? I suggest you start with the introduction to the 8 brocade as a way to prepare the body energetically. Then do the others, whichever ones you choose. This video will free you from shoulder tension but it must be done mindfully everyday to have this result.

A doctor told me the clicks are good. Because frozen shoulder is an adhesion issue the clicks mean the adhesions are unsticking. As long as the click is not pain that lasts or even click no pain then you should be fine hearing or feeling the clicks on the frozen shoulder side.
@Taiflow
@Taiflow 2 жыл бұрын
Great to know! I believe if you do this very often even every day you can release the clicks and not have to have surgery. In my life I have learned to avoid surgery, not listen to your doctor and to do your own research. I have a lot of jaw neck and s shoulder injuries and I just today I recorded this video sitting and my left should clicked a lot. To me this means I haven't been doing it enough. Thanks for letting me know clicks are good. I still won't suggest anyone clicks cause you know how there is all the liability to care for but if they read this comment they will know.
