This integrative workout synthesizes techniques from Qigong, Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu, and Knees Over Toes Guy (Ben Patrick's ATG system) that saved my knees, feet and hips from pain and potential surgery.
By my age, my mother had had both knees replaced, and I had been heading that direction for a few years when I got serious about fixing them. As far as I can tell, I regrew the ligaments and cartilage in my knees, re-stabilized my hips, and gained back the feeling and function in my feet using these techniques. I have one more technique that is so powerful I am going to make a separate video for it, so check back here in a week or so.
