The more I practice these routines the more I get out of them each time. I got so deep into the free flowing movement at the end that it felt like I was ‘coming down’ when I stopped. Trippy in a beautiful way 🫧🫧💫☯️

Thank you. I like the exercises. However, I had difficulty with the audio because of the softness of voice and slight echo- slower speech and perhaps fewer words might have helped me.

I often wonder why ancient sages didn't need all these methods .Life was very simpler.They were into meditation and yoga.This kept their body and mind strong .They just believed in energy and soul.They did not believe in inner child.IWe are just energy. I think we are complicating things with thousands of methods. .. Many more will be invented in the future.Its better we follow a simple traditional method that really worked for all. Don't know what God must be thinking of us seeing us tapping, rolling, talking to inner child, ...and many more yet to come....
