Dear Jeff, watching you on KZfaq from the US. I used to do your exercises regularly but then life became so complicated that I stopped practicing ☹️. Now I am recovering from a severe covid and your video showed up in my feed. I’m subscribed to your channel, saved a lot of videos that I used to practice. It’s time for me to come back to qigong. I am practicing to regain me health both mentally and physically. I am 74 and when I hit 70 started downhill. Now I do as many of your videos as in can every day. I have only been doing this for 38 days and already feel improvement. Will join communiqi when I can. Thanks so much for your wonderful teaching!

Location: Northern Europe Reason: Healing (from chronic stress and fatigue and more) 2:36 "Sometimes when we have too much stress, too much tension, too much worry and anxiety, too much excessive emotion then our body cannot fully heal. So when we practise this simple exercise ... we are putting ourselves into the healing state." 👍

Bastian Elken. Me too. Let me say how important it is to be regular and consistant in your practise. I dragged myself off the floor when I started and it took about 2 weeks before i noticed improvement. Now, a year later I have my life back!

Thank you Jeff for this practice 🙏 I started practice Qigong to heal and find inner balance. I'm highly sensitive person (HSP) and anxiety started to affect my physical health too. I find Qigong very helpful, thank you 😊 It's like movement meditation. Movement helps my mind to calm. I live in Ireland ☘️

😅 Thank you 💕 very much for your guidance qi gong.I am 74yrs and I am quite interesting about this excrise which gives me Spiritual strength.I have rumatic pains in my right hand wrist and it was very difficult to move.When qi gong excrises appeared on my phone I tried to follow them and it gave me quite a release. I am a diabetic and tired of drugs.I learned by qi gong excrises it can get healed.With thankfulness to teachers who teach sacred method.God bless you all.

I am 82 and have been in good health until 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and mitral stenosis and am finding QGong is helping me with my breathing . I like doing this particular exercise for help to have a healthier liver. Thanking you

Such a simple but powerful practice! I am in Canada and caught the replay. My intention for doing QiGong is for health and flexibility at 72 years young. I became so grounded that my feet felt like fence posts in the floor by the time the practice finished. Thank you❣️K

Jeff I practice for healing to maintain and build back my chi energy while undergoing weekly Medical treatments. I love the simplicity of your routines keeps me on track. I have to mention after years of learning and practicing long Tai chi routines they did not to put your simple movements do for me and keeps me coming back for more

I have long been fascinated by Qi Gong but no teachers here. It took me a while as I tied Tai Chi and realised that was mot what I was searching for. Then I found you tube!. I have interstitial lung disease. Medicine doesn't have a cure other then lung transplants which eliminates me because I am 75. I am not failing. My DNA is persistent and strong! TYVM for hope and incentive.

Thank you! Your exercises help me to relaxed my muscles and shoulders and calm my mind after I have been taking care of problems that I have felt a little or more overwhelmed. Also I use them to help me with my joints since i Have arthritis in some of them. Plus, I breathe better instead of shallow breathing that I usually do.
