Here is a simple Qigong routine that will help reduce stress, anxiety, and excessive emotions. It will also help 'nourish the heart,' which is a unique Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qigong concept.
This is the idea that the heart needs adequate Qi and energy to function well. When we 'nourish the heart' we are gently directing our Qi towards the centre of the chest - which can be calming and energizing at the same time 🙂
In this video we will learn and practice the "Circling the Chest" Qigong exercise-a simple yet powerful practice.

I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.

Thank you that was very relaxing I was putting off doing any exercise. I herniated two of my discs in my lower spine a few months ago I've been in a lot of pain I just tried this and it gave me some calmness and gentle on my spine

I've been practicing Qigong approximately 4 weeks. I started with your daily routine easy and effective. it has been life changing. I started this routine (calm stress and anxiety and nourish the heart) with a high level of irritation and within the 9 minutes, the irritation has leveled off and I am feeling much more relaxed. I really enjoy your teaching methods and the simplicity of the routines. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and insight!!!

This was an excellent practice. The movement took some coordination at first but then it flowed so that it became effortless. It's wonderful to focus on your body and your breathing to distract from excessive thoughts and feelings. I will use this routine. The one word would be: fluid. I felt like all of my body was working together smoothly and gracefully.
