I grew up watching westerns and this song captures the storyline of many of them. Geoff's twist, especially with his additional music and lyrics, is out of this world. He is so, so good! Thanx QoFy!!

Geoff is truly the king of arranging these storytelling songs for more modern audiences. Some of his arranging choices are mind-boggling in the best of ways, and I always look forward to seeing what he comes up with next!

Geoff is not only a master in technical singing stuff (vocals, arrangement, layers, harmonies, etc.), but he also is one as a storyteller. So sad, that many "modern music" songs don't stick to the primary goal of singing (historically speaking): To tell stories. The older songs (like this one or "Don't mess around with Jim" before or "Shenandoah") have stories to tell and are songs to listen to. And I love listening to Geoff telling stories. 🥰
