Quad locks are great. Although for me I needed the vibration dampener as 2 quad locks cracked over the past couple years. My 500exc vibrates a lot and weakens the plastic over time so the vibration dampener not only protects the camera but also the lock itself 👏

Quick tip, its easier to mount with the tab depressed. Ive had me gopro come off my helmet 3 times when the 3M VHB let go in warm weather. Lucky its always tethered.

Just need a magnetic charging cable for easy cable attach/detachment and it saves the usb port from damage when the cable gets caught in branches.

You need to get the quadlock vibration dampier unless you don't care about your phone's camera lens. I have the dampier and wireless charging kit on all my bikes.

Yeah Gaia is pretty good for route planning I use it on my computer sometimes, I don't use the app on my phone however. I don't think I could figure out how to cache maps for offline use, although I think it is possible.
