Reliable interpretation and understanding of the drug exposure and in vivo biotransformation is critical to advancing programs through R&D. Accurate quantification of the dynamic changes of the ADCs in plasma such as deconjugation and determination of different drug to antibody ratios (DAR) half-life have safety and efficacy implications that must be considered. In the last decade, advances in LCMS techniques have enabled both qualitative and quantitative bioanalyses of these complex entities.
