They already keep Godrej dye every morning. The day when they forget to keep the dye is the day you know that they are old. At age 30 I got around 10 white hairs and at age 39 now I have around 100 white hair. Age is just a number because 50 years old Dexter Jackson won 2nd place in Arnold classic 2020.

for constipation I recommend magnesium-calcium with vitamin D capsules according to bottle's instructions, must drink water, also as the coach recommends leafy green vegetables like spinach, high in fiber fruits, vegetables, as lack of fiber is bad for health.

Namaste guruji🙏 Guruji please aap ye bta sakte h ki Gym krte hue mujhe 2 years hogye h. "Mereko a to z immune system se related ek bhi problem nhi h but mai pure vegetarian hun, mujhko muscles build krne mein toh ab bhi koi problem nhi hoti kyuki veg diet bhi nutritionally heavy kr leta hun jitni ho sake + protein Or B.C.A.A supplements bhi use kr raha hun". Lekin lekin jab baat aa jati h abs ki tab mai halka pad jaata hun, legs tak bhi ache se train kr leta hun but abdomen mein problem ye aati h ki mujhe samajh nhi aata ki jitna fat mere andar h utne fat mein abs aana possible bhi h ya nhi? Kyuki mera pait flat se thoda sa bhar h, guidance mujhe yaha pr dene wala koi h hi nhi, sab yaha bevajah apne Steroid (dynabol) bechne mein lage h. Isliye please sir ho sake toh mujhe btaiye ki kya hisab rehta h fat ka abs se related 🙏. Fir mai jitna ho sakega usi hisab se mehnat krunga. Namaste guruji🙏
