1-1/2 Cups Jasmine Rice, dry
2-1/2 Cups Water
1-1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1-1/2 Tsp Salt

1, 14 0z Can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
