This video is a classic chicken recipe my mom used to make me when I was a kid. It uses red Russian Dressing and chicken thighs baked together with roasted potatoes. It is a simple, tasty, and easy recipe so definitely give this one a try!

INGREDIENTS
serves 2-4
4-6 Chicken thighs, boneless. (or breasts, just tenderize them so they are a little bit flatter)
2 lbs of potatoes, sliced or cubed dealers choice
1 bottle of Wishbone Russian Dressing (the RED kind, not the thousand island looking kind)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 stick of butter
Spice Blend
For the Potatoes
1 Tsp of Black Pepper
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Granulated Garlic
For the Chicken:
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 Tsp Tumeric
1 Tsp Paprika
1-1/2 Tsp Salt
(Scale up if you think you need more spice to cover all your chicken)
