I'm diggin the air fryer version. I would plant base it, using jackfruit in one version, and Impossible Burger in another, adding jalapenos & shrooms. Can't wait to make this. Thanks for the inspiration.

450 or for about 5-10 minutes longer. The key is watching them.

Cool! Lools awesome as always Kevin. In Southeast Asia we call them popiah (poh-pee-ah). They come in different fillings (potatoes, meat, bean sprouts). The Vietnamese use rice paper.
