i used to have such good spirals and accuracy even without training. But then i took a break and came back and now i suck so bad. i don’t know what to do it’s quite upsetting

Where should QB eyes go when receiver is cutting across to a spot? Are they just aiming at receiver and thinking throw in front, or do their eyes go ahead to where the throw will go?

Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. How important is having the elbow higher than the shoulder overall? This demo shows a fairly low delivery. Does that improve accuracy (at the possible expense of more batted balls)?

When you say having the elbow higher than the shoulder do you mean like 2:32? If then the reason they do that is so that your shoulders won't hurt when you throw, it's a biomechanical thing.

@@fegamc143 Nothing wrong with bringing in the best QB coach to help Kyler along. Jordan Palmer is that good. Kyler still holds onto the ball too long look at his sacks stats. But I am happy and will be happier when We beat the Bucs in the playoffs. GO Gators beat Georgia.

I honest to god was born accurate , but I need to work on my arm strength to throw farther down the field , any tips ?

Just try a natural long toss, sort of like baseball you should look into shoulder exercises with like a power band or a small little weight and warm up with that then progressing you’ll back up and put air on the ball and just make it reach and see how far out you can go while being accurate not letting the ball fly wide left or right. Make sure you don’t overstride and stay compact ready to get the ball out quick giving the ball plenty of air. The strengthening part is you start to pull down and throw the ball on a line you’ll start to see throws with plenty of touch but power to make it to receivers

Workout your triceps and shoulders and legs this will give you power so squats push ups and weighted shoulder press
