Holy sh*t, that is the most beautiful I’ve ever heard him sound... and he always sounded perfect. It’s like he was an angel who fell to earth, and we could only have him for a short period of time.
@bink67785 жыл бұрын
The beginning part was his natural singing voice, which he rarely used because he didn't think it fit well for rock music. It's a shame, because even though he always sounds incredible, I just adore the sound of his natural voice. If you haven't already, check out his duets with Montserrat Caballe, he uses his natural singing voice a lot in those tracks and they're incredibly beautiful tracks.

There is no other band in the past, present, or likely future that can take a heavily produced heavily vocalized multilayered dubbed song like this, and actually make it better in concert with just a 4 piece band. This is spectacular. Freddie's rhythm, stage presence, and vocals are unmatched. I'm so lucky I got to see basically this same version in 1982 when I got to see them.

Definitely ... it's suspenseful and creates a kind of tension that the song ultimately relieves! Interesting when you think of the lyrics, "I just can't get no relief" ... it's brilliant the way he could communicate something through music that can be difficult to express in words. For me the music triggers those burried feelings and the lyrics make them explode to the surface.

Wouldn't it be mind blowing if there's a little known band somewhere right now doing what queen did!? It's possible, maybe not In my lifetime, but possible. Live music coming from a performance so powerful it was described as the force of an "avalanche" aren't words we here today. Roger, Freddie, Brian, and John's energy could arouse every sensation a body has. Who's able to do so today without the ego of a pompous, pious, jaded, egomaniac? And live, performing not just singing is an art a dying art. The art of Queen. I can't stand the divas who can't write, composed, improvise, use their imagination to the nth degree. Who buy Queen made music to fit their style not be signed to a record label, get drugged up, stay self proclaimed rock God's...pfffff, please. None since the beauty Freddie's voice pulled together. No band I've heard has come close to the force know as Queen... Holding bands to a standard of at the very least being able to perform live, not only perform live but perform Like Legends should be something we never should of let go of. My fairy king. Freddie on in every adventure. 😘

Their voices are like peas and carrots! As much as Freddie needed smile, they needed him to as we all know. Hearing someone in concert today is nearly shit. Nothing comes close to the quality of these ppl. I'm excited to hear the Marc you talk about!!!!! I sometimes wonder how wonderful it would of been if Freddie would of had a child.
