I recently saw a doctor reacting to this too. I guess the vibrations are similar to the vibrations in lithotripsy, so that’s why it can help people pass them. Definitely much more fun than sitting in a doctors office to get rid of them.

Use a whole lemon squeezed into 2oz of olive oil drink three times a day. This helps dissolve the stones and is easier to pass. mix one-fourth cup of olive oil with an equal amount of lemon juice. Drink this combination straight and then drink a glass of water. Repeat the process.

Nutritionist here! This will not help kidney stones. This recommendation may just result in a bellyache 😣 Best to just refer to the professionals for things like this

Nutritionist here! Omg... Please please PLEASE do not take any of the advice offered in the comments regarding supplements and dietary changes. It's best to just work with your doctors, registered dietitians, and physical therapists (pelvic floor specialists) for these things. It sounds like that's your plan though 💜 I wish you luck and a smooth recovery!

I pray for you. I have been through this several times. I think a popular med I take( for esophageal spasms, but the med is an OTC med for acid reflux, esomeprazole) is the culprit.

Sorry you're feeling so much pain. I can't imagine! Have you tried taking cramp bark for pain relief? It's supposed to be good for pain and helping muscles etc heal. I used a plethora of herbs after miscarrying at 13 weeks, then soon after prolapse 😢 i feel like they really helped me. And Milk thistle is definitely one of my favorites and is supposed to be good for tons of things women, pregnancy and breastfeeding etc related, I've read that people use it to counteract things like eating death mushroom and rejuvenating your liver kidney and spleen and lymph system.. it's deep wormhole if you dive into researching it yourself lol definitely recommend talking to a knowledgeable health professional about it though if you gravitate that way! I've found there's usually something out there you can take that'll help with healing

Our body is our Temple. The pain is there to inform us about somethin important. If we dont listen to it and if we dont talk to that pain, if we dont ask what she wants to tell us, then the pain stays untill we hug her with love and then she can leave coz she did her job and we now are stronger and more loving to ourself❤

Have you heard of a vibration plate? It helps drain your lymphatic system. I would try it now. Don’t wait for the ride. If it’s the vibration of the ride that helps I truly believe it’ll clear your stones! It helps me with bowels issues, gas, and joint pain. We bought ours off Amazon. It was around $200 but totally worth it! I believe the name is lifepro.

I heard that if you boil the peels of an avocado and then you drink the water it will help you pass your kidney stones.A familiar person did that after an operation to break their stones and help him.I guess there are plenty of other helpful ways to pass them.
