This guy has a great perseverance. He turned a piece of log that's about to be turned into a firewood into a beautiful unique bowl. Then, when I thought he was done, he made graphic design which even made it look magnificent. It look like a viking ship or an Egyptian artifact. I thought watching this long video would be boring, but I didn't want it to end. Thanks for sharing.

That's not a bowl. That's as canoe for a housecat! Great job with this, Dude! Not just the bowl, but the editing, too. You did jump cuts in all the right places to keep things from being too tedious, while still preserving the experience. Awesome work!

There are Nobel prizes for research, Oscars for acting, Grammys for music and so on. Is there any award for wood carving? If there is one such award, you deserve it most. What patience, not using any of the modern tools throughout, OMG. You really deserve the sweetest of fruits soaked in honey, filled in the bowl you have created. Good luck. Take care.

Wow! I love everything you did in this video, and there are a few items of particular note I wanted to comment about. While I myself have come up with some novel methods of securing the work piece, yours vastly eclipse mine!! I salivated over just about every hand tool you used, most especially the various gouges (especially the dogleg gouge!), and I didn't even know there was such a thing as an adjustable draw knife!! Awesome!! What a pleasure it has been to watch you create this large piece!!!
