This is a short video tutorial to show you how you can easily create an adjustable gather with your Serger/ Overlocker.
The technique used in this video does not require a special presser foot or fancy adjustments.
We used the Baby Lock Victory Serger to accomplish this result but any Serger will be capable of achieving this result.

0:54 - Gather the fabric using needle thread
1:07 - Adjust the gather to the main piece
1:25 - Reinstall right needles and thread to the serger
1:31 - Sew!
