This chicken pot pie is a great dish to prepare for a parent that has had a long day, but still wants to prepare a wholesome, hearty meal for their family.
The prep time is about 10 minutes!
Ingredients (all from Aldi)
2 boxes of pie crust
2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 bags of grilled chicken
2 cans of whole potatoes
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Optional: combine ingredients in a large skillet and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium and stir repeatedly for about 2 minutes.
Bake at 365 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
